Summary We are looking out for a dynamic teammate who aspires to be part of a winning team that is shaping the digital supply chain future of Singapore! He/She is extremely passionate about developing intricate and complex digital systems and has a deep desire to pursue an exciting systems development role in a real-time Digital Supply Chain Control Tower (SiTadeL) environment. He/She has a creative mind, can translate technologies to solve business problems, can conceptualise and conceive cutting-edge digital solutions, and has strong project management skills to oversee the design, development and operationalisation of technology projects.

The Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Supply Chain Systems is a highly skilled communicator who is able to reach out to the Company’s Business Verticals and propagate the use of the Company’s Supply Chain Control Tower System and its digital applications to strengthen operational efficiency and improve performance outcomes for the various businesses. He/She can understand the operational needs of business teams and can conceive future-proofed digital tools/systems as part of the Control Tower System to transform the delivery of supply chain and logistics services rendered by the business teams. He/She is a proactive and innovative individual, possessing a strong drive to succeed amidst an evolving and fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities Operate A Future-Proofed SiTadeL Control Tower System And Applications:

• Ensure SiTadel, STL’s Control Tower System, is online and operational at all times

• Influence business teams and key stakeholders to utilise digital solutions and tools in SiTadel

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative Supply Chain Control Tower solutions and tools, for business teams and customers

• Provide hands-on guidance for setting up and implementing SiTadeL solutions across the business

• Develop intervention strategies in SiTadeL to mitigate current gaps in delivery of logistics services

• Conceptualise and implement Proof-Of-Concept (POC) projects to continually refresh SiTadel systems and tools. Conduct Performance Evaluation of POCs and undertake full roll-out of proven systems in the SiTadeL environment.

• Research and implement new technologies and tools to strengthen the overall function of SiTadeL
  

• Bachelor Degree In Engineering or Computer Science

• 5 years’ prior experience in an Enterprise-level Systems Development for the Manager’s role. Candidates will be considered for a Senior Manager role if they have strong Leadership experience and relevant skillsets in Enterprise Systems Development.

• Strong time management, project management and interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated and demonstrated ability to work well with cross-divisional teams and at all levels of the organization

• Keen interest to work in a Supply Chain organisation and in shaping supply chain outcomes in a business analyst role

• Strong understanding of Enterprise-level supply chain, logistics, e-Commerce and transport management systems
