The Opportunity:

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage product development and launch projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements through collaboration with internal and external teams.
Establish and monitor project timelines, cost estimates, and budget plans for smooth execution and management approval.
Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure seamless production transitions, including product line setup and capacity assessments.
Oversee prototype development, design validation, and coordinate testing with QA teams and external labs.
Support supplier development, material planning, and continuous product improvement efforts to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years in product development and project management, successfully leading cross-functional teams.
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and SolidWorks, with strong engineering principles knowledge.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; data-driven and resourceful.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective under tight deadlines.
Quick learner of new technologies and processes; knowledge of water filtration systems is a plus.
