Job Description
- Work Week: Monday - Friday ( 9am - 6.15pm )
- Salary: $ 3,300 - $ 4,500
- Working Location: Tampines East
- Diploma / Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences
- Prior experience in construction environment or related industry is an added advantage
The key point of contact for customers: answering queries, offering product advice and application solutions as well as compilation and analysis of competitions. Duty includes various aspects of performance optimisation of product from development to sales return.
:
- Prepares product reports by collecting and analysing competition products and market information.
- Provide technical support and product solutions to customers and attending to technical issues on site.
- Organise and lead product demo and trial mix for both lab and plant trials.
- Prepare technical data and technical reports.
- To conduct training / workshop for customers and understand their problems and identify solutions through the effective use of our products.
- Conduct product presentation to customers.
- Concrete design mix and admixture development and adjustment to meet customer\'s requirement.
- Ensure the concrete lab is well maintained at all time. Ensure laboratory materials, tools, equipment and other assets are properly used and kept.
- Provide guidance support and oversight to product QC / QA protocol for Production plant.
- Key contact person with all testing lab and ensure all test reports are up to date.
- Developing product ideas based on customer interests, budgets and market research
- Analysing market and industry product trends
- Any other new tasks assigned
