Involved in the design of innovative and "Custom made" solutions
Management of projects concerning new products (ranges, specifics) in
compliance with the requirements of the Specifications (cost, lead time, etc...)
and project management taking into account the analysis of the risks involved
Continuous improvement on existing products in line with the strategy
Technical support for the sales force (interface with customers and/or sales
representatives)
Skills:
Knowledge in design and integration of electronic systems are a plus
A team player who demonstrates good analytical skills, particularly in the
management of priorities
Able to bring a convincing technical aspect to the R&D team to support the
sales team
Familiar with CAD tools (SolidWorks is a plus), planning tools and the Office
Pack and have excellent skills in technical trades (mechanics, 2D and 3D
design tools, product development).
Able to be autonomous and proactive, creativity will be appreciated.
Kindness, mutual aid and open-mindedness are important notions within the
company.
Proficiency in English a must.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years working experience in R&D/engineering environment
Constantly researching to anticipate market developments
Know how to argue and convince your contacts
Know how to evaluate risks
