- To lead in the investigation, fault isolation and root cause analysis of technical defects, focusing on electronic products
- To work closely with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) on all technical matters
- To lead investigation processes
- To work on improvement projects and process improvements
- To provide technical assistance to upkeep and maintain testing equipment
- To work with various stakeholders to meet Value Stream objectives
- Any other duties as required by business
- Comply with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations
- Degree in Electronics Engineering. 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant engineering experience in the Aviation industry would be preferred
- Possess good understanding of engineering drawings, schematics and documentations
- Flexible and ability to adapt to multi-cultural and quick changing environment
- Ability to work independently and across multiple time zones
- Ability to learn and work with new and diverse technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Candidates with the knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) will have an added advantage
- Able to multi-task with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
