As a Product Intern, you will be working on new technologies, platforms, consumer facing products, and/or internal systems that will impact our users, both internal and external. You will be matched with the team that best aligns your interests, experiences and where you can drive the most impact.
You will assist in guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organisation, including Demand, Sales, Marketing, Ops and Finance.
- Support the company\xe2\x80\x99s process flow with business-critical data-entry tasks and review and optimise workflows to make us more efficient and productive
- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements
- Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track OKRs, identify key metrics and propose further iterations
- Assist to create product solutions for both internal and external end-users; initiate, analyse, propose, launch and maintain products
The skills, attitude and experience we require are:
- Undergraduate or graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or relevant field
- Prior experience working on products or project management is preferred
- Strong attention to details and bias towards execution
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Takes initiative and can think outside the box
- Possess intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Strong commitment to ensure that a product solves the right problem for users and business
- Fluent in written and spoken English
