[ONSITE] Product Intern - User Research & Insights (TanTan)

Location: Singapore

Commitment: Full-time Internship (6 months)

About the Role

You'll work closely with TanTan's Product team to uncover what users truly want, through interviews, surveys, and behavioral insights. Your goal: help us validate new feature ideas with clear, evidence-backed findings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured user interviews and summarize insights. Design and run user surveys to identify pain points and feature opportunities. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support product decisions. Work with Product Managers to translate findings into actionable recommendations. Create concise reports or presentations highlighting key user insights.

Requirements

Passion for understanding people and how they use products. Strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable talking to users and synthesizing messy feedback. Basic data literacy (Google Sheets / survey tools). Organized, curious, and able to work independently.

Bonus Points

Experience in user research, UX design, psychology, or product management. Familiar with dating apps or social platforms. Can design surveys or visuals using tools like Typeform, Notion, or Figma.
