As a Product Lead, Cards you will have the opportunity to work on a well-loved card product with thousands of existing users. You will be working on one the bank\'s key initiatives and revenue generating product.

Our client is one of the neo digital banks here in Singapore who has already found a good product market fit. You will be working with some of the best from internet and banks to build up the customer base and products for a new bank.

Description

Reporting to the Head of Cards and Lending, you will be taking ownership of their credit and debit cards as well as defining the product roadmaps and strategies with regards to their cards business. You will be responsible for the cards P&L and ensure that the operations are seamless and efficient. You will also oversee the cards acquisition strategies and drive engagement campaigns. You will need to be customer-centric to do well in this role and have a strong understanding of existing customers here in Singapore when it comes to cards behaviours.

Profile

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of growing product management expertise in financial institutions
• 5+ years of expertise in product ownership and has managed cards and their operations
• Has a strong familiarity with online and mobile technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Leadership abilities and expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams
