Leveraging on the latest crypto and privacy-protection algorithms, along with hardware-based trust, the service protocol enables versatile use-cases not previously possible in the past, such as anonymous voting, MEV minimization, and no-tracking indexing.It is built by the industry's foremost blockchain veterans and award-winning researchers, who previously worked at Zilliqa, LongHash, and the National University of Singapore. It received investments from Jump Crypto, Binance Labs, Alameda Research, Divergence Ventures, Genesis Block Ventures, IOSG Ventures, and KR1 and has partnered with Avalanche, Astar, Moonbeam, Polygon, and many other platforms. Founded in 2019, Automata Network is a recipient of Web3 Grant (2020), and a participant of the Web 3.0 Bootcamp (2020), Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator (2021), Rust Foundation Silver Member (2021).We are looking for a Product Lead for our DAO platform. You are expected to work with a team of experienced developers as well as external partners. The ideal candidate should have experience in crypto, solid understanding of DAO and persistent curiosity to lead and grow the product. We are based in Singapore but remote working is also acceptable.Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap to establish market presence and seek for growth opportunities

• Understand and improve product user experience and build the feedback loop for continuous improvement

• Source and collaborate with partner projects for healthy co-branding dynamics

• Collect data-driven insights and make proactive product decisions

• Communicate with developers and stakeholders on technical requirements and delivery milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or information systems or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as product manager or similar roles

• Minimum of 1 year experience in crypto

• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration

• Prior experience in project development, management and launch

• Ability to command trust and respect from a diverse group of executives, partners and stakeholders.
