Come join us in our mission to refresh the way people consume tech, delivered through a platform built on sustainable values and quality-assured devices.Your RoleAs the Product Lead, you will be driving the vision and strategy behind all of our fintech product offerings and be responsible for executing the product roadmap. Working closely with our Head of Fintech, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to continuously iterate and bring about product improvements to increase adoption and revenue.Being the custodian of the product roadmap, you will oversee the product growth and expansion and scale the product across new verticals and geographies with a key focus on success metrics (NPS, CSAT, Conversion Rate etc.). This is an opportunity to be an early founding member of the fintech/insurtech team and comes with a lot of autonomy and ownership to help you achieve the goals and succeed in the role.Your Responsibilities Build and execute the product roadmap for device warranties and subscriptions Identify and implement data-driven pricing strategies to increase conversion rates Iterate over different product variants to optimise the success metrics Design efficient yet simplistic customer journeys and launch them to market Maintain all product related documentation, research and market studies Oversee technical integration of the product with partners (eCommerce firms)Your Background Ambitious, detail-oriented with excellent prioritisation skills 5+ years experience in digital product management or similar roles Ability to think laterally and out of the box to reimagine the customer experience Hands-on attitude with experience in defining product specifications, pricing etc. Superior communication skills and ability to pitch the product at C-levelShine with one of these: Prior experience of working in fintech/insurtech or similar environment Customer obsession to deliver the best-in-class product quality and experience Comfortable with agile product management tools and technologies Passionate about sustainability and creating a value-driven product offeringWhat we offer Purposeful work with private medical care and fitness perks Competitive salary and potential allocation of the employee stock options Flexible work environment with wfh when you want Career development through upskilling and professional training International opportunities for travel and working in any one of our 7 offices Regular team events, employee offsites & a great cultureJoin our team of like-minded people who are passionate about their work and make a positive impact on your career - we can't wait to hear from you!
