We are a high growth Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecommerce start-up. Acquired by Una Brands in 2022, our mission is to help people create workspaces they actually love spending time in. About the role:
In this collaborative role, you will work closely with our website product team, providing essential support that helps drive the team\xe2\x80\x99s success. You will engage in the team\xe2\x80\x99s meetings, liaise with stakeholders, and track the team\xe2\x80\x99s tasks. You will work closely with the entire team, and be mentored by the team\xe2\x80\x99s manager.

What you will be doing:
Meeting organisation: actively engage in all team internal meetings and stakeholder calls, making notes and ensuring necessary follow-ups are managed.
Administrative support: assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and tracking team members\xe2\x80\x99 progress.
Project facilitation: assist in coordinating project planning, management, and review.
Obstacle removal: facilitate productive communication to help the team remove any obstacles and blockers that may hinder the team\xe2\x80\x99s progress.
Dashboard monitoring: review and monitor the team\xe2\x80\x99s dashboards to surface irregularities and track the team\xe2\x80\x99s performance.
Documentation: organise and maintain project documentation.
Other regular/ad hoc tasks that the team requires.
What we are looking for:
Good written and spoken English.
Proactive and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong note-taking and documentation skills with attention to detail.
Basic working experience in a project driven environment.
Good to have experience in:
Monitoring and interpreting data from dashboards.
Use of project management tools like Asana/Trello.
