We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to provide a quick and satisfactory service at our agents fingertips tailored to the local challenges to resolve our customer issues. The Agent Platform team develops solutions for service agents across all DeliveryHero brands including foodpanda to serve a holistic group of users which includes customers, vendors and riders.

What\'s on the menu:

  • Driving a significant scope within our in-house built CRM system for Agents, ensuring they have the tools to most effectively handle contacts from customers, riders and vendors.
  • Key person on the team driving ideation, development, and launch of innovative solutions that will be used in all Delivery Hero brands, including the latest technology in Generative AI and various automations, in order to improve the ability for Agents to resolve contacts with high satisfaction.
  • Working in a global team with product, engineering, design, and operations team members in both Singapore and Berlin.
  • Responsible for aligning business, operations, and technology teams to prioritize critical feature development aligned to the business needs of our Delivery Hero brands, executing the roadmap, ensuring the delivery, and scaling the solution across these brands
What you can bring to the table:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, Natural Science Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of around 4 or more years in a product management or closely related role, preferably on the B2B and/or platform solutions, in a large corporate environment.
  • Strong in identifying user pain points and navigating the problem space effectively to deliver tailored, effective solutions.
  • Curious, not afraid of challenging the status quo, and paying attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of the technical architecture of web applications.
  • Structured, organized, and ability to prioritize different tasks and work.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in Customer Support solutions is a plus.
