The Invisalign business is fundamentally driven through Professional Marketing—to Orthodontists and GP Dentists. The Product Manager, APAC reports to the Director of Professional Marketing, GP channel.

This role is responsible for growing product and expanding market share by ensuring clear brand positioning and favourable physician perception which lead to preferred treatment. Ensure strong brand equity and performance. Contribute to the fast growth of the Asia Pacific business with strategic thinking, analytical and strong implementation skills customer-oriented mindset, and collaborative approach

As a product manager, you will manage core providers and products to ensure strong brand equity and performance. Your role will involve developing product positioning, messaging and commercialization plans for APAC. You will need the ability to work collaboratively across functions, including (but not limited to) global product management, local marketing, sales, legal and regulatory teams and effectively influence up and down the organization. Additionally, this role requires you to gain insight into local market dynamics, collect customer feedback and consolidate the inputs into the development of APAC product launch plans to drive growth of the company

In this role, you will…

  • Be part of a fun and exciting team of marketers passionate about what they are doing
  • Responsible for a portfolio including strategy, value proposition and messaging for the professionals
  • Develop and execute downstream marketing plans and collaterals for key product launches for the products portfolio
  • Lead product commercialization in collaboration with global and local marketing teams
  • Work with the Global and APAC marketing and regulatory affairs team to ensure appropriate market access strategy and timely approval of product license submission in APAC markets
  • Support the delivery of marketing operations activities, such as pricing, terms & conditions update and packaging related requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of orthodontic and GP customers across APAC to uncover unmet needs and develop relevant product propositions to meet the needs.
  • Identify future business needs/gaps and recommend improvements to meet APAC growth ambitions.

In this role, you’ll need …
  • BS or BA or equivalent experience required. MBA is a plus
  • At least 5-8 years of product management and/or marketing experience with preference for experience in medical devices, life sciences etc. Experience in working with dental and/or orthodontic professionals preferred.
  • Experience with medical device registration process and technical/software product experience is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of regional product or marketing management is required: China. Japan & Australia experience ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, & presentation) in English. Chinese or Japanese language skills is a plus.
  • Willing to travel up to 30% of working hours, sometimes over weekends for conferences or events.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to make sound strategic decisions through incorporation of data from multiple sources and business judgment
  • Ability to implement and execute strategies effectively
  • Customer-orientation mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to effectively manage complex cross-functional projects.
  • Self-starter who needs minimal supervision and able to effectively manage through ambiguity
  • Willing to work in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment. Need to be digitally savvy; familiar and comfortable with the adoption and use of evolving technologies
