Product Manager, Advance Wound Management (AWM) based in SingaporeLife Unlimited. Provides pro-active support to all areas of the business through expertise on their allocated clinical areas or product platforms.Expertise includes assisting with team decision making, advice and communication of motivated strategies, product positioning in these countries, market pricing strategies, product lifecycle management, customer segmentation, and market led programs. Alongside the Regional based marketing activity, the role may require participation on a global market team that owns the global strategic and commercialisation activities for the business.What will you be doing?Develop and Implement market strategies, programs, and plans, in consultation with Singapore Business Unit Manager and SEA Marketing Manager to meet and exceed financial objectives in the assigned clinical areas or product platforms of AWM.To successfully launch new products/techniques related to assigned product platforms (both AWC and AWD) or clinical areas in Singapore Markets, to achieve required financial objectives. This will include for example:Develop go-to-market plans for new products (business models, pricing strategies, promotions, placement).Actively manage Product- Life- Cycle for assigned portfolio.Conduct Pre-Launch Clinical/Product Evaluations.Launch planning including competitor analysis and pricing review.Creation and implementation of marketing communications strategy.Demand and Sales Forecasting.Provide Sales Force and internal training (on products and usage of collaterals).Developing Customer and Sales Incentives.Identifying the need for surgeon education activity, organising, and managing courses.Preparing in-country product exit plans where necessary.Develop marketing collaterals for sales teams.Gathering market research, trends and competitive intelligence and analysis of external market to better understand customer needs and meet or exceed financial objectives. Activities will include communication of data around the wider organization and monitoring of current clinical research and publications.Development of and interaction with Key Opinion Leaders and Surgeon. Champions for products and techniques.Market forecasting and communication to ensure access to new products to support launch plans.Co-ordinate service programs and service support that contributes to the product offering and revenue to India business.Maintain a strong communication with senior managers and partners to ensure achievement of company goals and objectives.Assist in implementation and management of global product portfolio for the assigned clinical segment and product platform. Report to ASEAN/Emerging Market Team leader on country specific issues significantly impacting global revenue and profit. Propose solutions to the leaders on major issues. Implement approved solutions and programs in country and assist with global implementation when requested.Contribute to the successful launch of new techniques and products by assisting the Commercialization Leader with country specific launch tasks and activities.Assist the Team with the assessment of new technologies, business partnerships, acquisitions and any other related business ventures that fit within the clinical segment or product platform.Help co-ordinate at a country level the implementation of pricing in the assigned segment that is consistent with global pricing and margin objectives.Requires ability to handle dynamics of corporate business including frequent changes and deadlines, varying workloads, and strategic technologiesWhat will you need to be successful?Success in the role will require a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization.
