Execute Unsecured Loan product portfolio initiative/ activities 3. Responsible for managing first line response to product and services enquiries from touch points and support units 4. Participate in testing and implementation of system related initiative and enhancement 5. Initiate process improvement for Unsecured Loan products 6. Support regular reporting, adhoc task and administrative matters 7. To execute marketing communication and campaign driving Unsecured Loan portfolio revenue and digital usage (Book schedule, raise criteria request, ensure timeline is met) 8. To review marketing content, T&Cs and messages relating to Unsecured Loan products Required Experience : 1. Degree holder 2. Preferably 1 year experience in consumer banking or related industry 3. Preferably prior experience in handling loans product management or similar end-to-end product life cycle 4. Self-driven and able to work independently under timeline pressure 5. Good communication skills and strong team player 6. Able to manage and work with stakeholders
