The Job Responsibilities
The Regional Product Manager is responsible for

• Support development and implementation of a strategy on sub-region or country level for the assigned product portfolio in accordance with the global and regional strategy. You will implement the global product portfolio strategy in the region in line with the relevant business field strategies and provide professional in-depth application and product support.
• Provide input for the global product strategy by identifying regional product requirements / portfolio or approval gaps and ensure aligned and consolidated regional input in the global product strategy in collaboration with the Regional Business Field Managers.
• Actively support Sales, Service & Marketing organizations within the region to drive regional Net Sales and Global Gross Profit (GGP) of the assigned product portfolio. You will provide technical and product support to sales & service for tenders as well as key account development / management activities.
• Provide operational sales, service & marketing support for the assigned product portfolio. You will manage the assigned product portfolio on the regional level including the entire product lifecycle incl. end-of-life activities for customer retention

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor in business, economics or engineering with focus on marketing methodology and knowledge.
• More than 10 years of experience in the field of product management.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a B2B company which sells devices to multiple industry fields.
• International experience in a comparable field in Sales or Marketing.
• Experience in product management of devices with applications in multiple industry fields.
• Strong in designing profitable business plans
• Process orientated with strategic / solution orientated mindset
• Business management and Project management skills
