MNC Pharmaceutical company is looking for Product Manager candidates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and spearhead strategic planning and marketing plans for assigned products. Ensure successful roll out and implementation
• Develop appropriate promotional materials to support field force in their communication according to internal guidelines
• New Product Launch

• Experience in new product launch for therapeutic and consumer healthcare products
• Support enlistment of products into Hospital formulary list/ SDL through close collaboration with sales team.
• Product Life Cycle management - continuous evaluation of line extension and/or discontinuation/revitalization of products
• Inventory Management - work with supply chain to ensure proper planning of supply
• Provide product training to field force and support field force in their promotional messaging
• Market Intelligence

• Assess requirement in obtaining market data through market research, for the development of marketing plans and monitoring the progress of products
• Monitor competitors' development and devise counter strategies to prevent erosion of market share
• KOL and brand advocator development for new and established products
• Event management - ability to organise and manage conference/event/ workshop, both small and large scale
• Vendor / agency management - manage digital/advertising/media/creative agencies, to maximize their contribution in promotion strategies and campaigns
• Tender Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical/ Biological Science or any science equivalent
• At least 3 years of product management, marketing experience preferably in healthcare sector (experience in infusion products will be a plus point)
• At least 2-3 years of ethical channel sales experience (will be a plus point)
