Develop a comprehensive understanding of Clearing & Settlement systems within the eCommerce landscape
Lead the design and development of features that facilitate marketplace financial reconciliation, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams from both regional and local, to deliver sustainable and user-centric solutions, and transition offline processes to automated, systematic online solutions
Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for clearing and settlement solutions
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle - from requirement gathering, product design, development, to rollout - including UI/UX and backend logic, iterating based on data insights and user feedback
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform product decisions and identify industry best practices
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related fields
Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management or business analysis, in tech or finance industries
Strong quantitative and qualitative reasoning, with excellent logical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of leading complex discussions and coordinating multiple stakeholders independently
Customer-centric mindset with a keen business sense and focus on delivering value
Proactive, self-motivated, and with a strong ownership mentality
Highly organised, results-driven, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and adaptive to changes
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from Asia
