Job Responsibilities: 1. Product Management Responsibilities: (a) Responsible for the innovation, modification, risk assessment, post-launch assessment of various commodities business products; (b) Study, write and periodically review product management policies and procedures; (c) Responsible for the self-examination and review of departmental procedures, policies and guidelines, internal control and compliance, and implementation of the Branch policies and guidelines. 2. Research responsibilites: Collect and analyze commodity market information to provide commodity market analysis reports; be responsible for the department’s business data processing and analysis, and other reporting works to the managments, HO, etc. 3. Bank support responsibilities: a) Consolidate demands and apply for bank lines in relation to commodity trade finance; (b) Reserve bank lines in the bank system and apply for increase in bank lines in order to meet the needs of CBU; (c) Consolidate demands of RMA and apply for RMA. 4. Insurance support responsibilities: (a) Manage client relationship with Insurance companies, including initiating new credit proposal, KYC and review etc; (b) Cooperate with insurance brokers on various fields, such as relationship maintenance, review of legal documents like collaboration agreement, non-disclosure agreement, etc; (c) Negotiate policy terms and costs with insurance brokers, bind credit insurance cover for a specific commodity business risk exposure, execute insurance contract, track the business status and files the relevant documents. 5. Other jobs assigned by line manager. Job Requirements: 1. Degree in Business, Finance Studies and/or related fields 2. Prior experience in a similar context will be an added advantage 3. Sound MS office software skills (e.g. Excel, Word and Powerpoint), communication and cooperation skills 4. Able to communicate both verbally and written in Chinese and English so as to communicate with our Chinese-speaking customers and HQ.
