Achievement of economic profit, goals, business financial performance, monitoring and control for the credit card business across Singapore. You will work with the Head of Credit Card on the development of the franchise across Singapore to manage and growing the profitability of existing core card and/or co-brand relationships as well as scale up the franchise through new credit card product development. Primary responsibility will be to manage and growing the profitability of a suite of core and/or co-brand cards. Responsible for managing a set of Objectives and Key Results related to credit card acquisition, card activation, spends drivers as well as card product management. Product Manager will be involved in helping the team achieve target acquisition numbers via sales challenge, acquisition campaigns and engagement campaigns primarily through digital channels.
Annual Marketing Plans
Prepare and obtain approval for annual marketing plans and strategies.
To manage and ensure that all marketing activities are implemented as planned.
Prepare and obtain approval for launches of new product development and CVPs.
Product Management
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to ensure product management is in line to achieve given revenue, volume targets and within given cost and profitability budgets
To develop, enhance and revamp existing CVP/pricing features to maintain competitive advantage and product profitability.
To ensure all stakeholders are adequately informed and ready to support all planned marketing activities.
To ensure all marketing collaterals are in compliance with SCB\xe2\x80\x99s Branding and regulatory guidelines.
To ensure timely replenishment of marketing materials to all sales channels and external parties.
To regularly monitor competitor\xe2\x80\x99s activities and pricing with Agency and Analytics support.
Campaign Management
To ensure timely approval of campaign plans to launch marketing activities as planned.
To obtain sign-off from all stakeholders and brief all parties involved prior to the launch.
Prepare and implement strategic and tactical programs to increase product awareness, build brand equity and increase brand loyalty.
To work closely with other teams to leverage on their strengths of key activities.
To liase with Analytics to obtain and develop customer data for the purpose of analysis, statistics and modelling for future initiatives, strategy development and to identify profitable customer segments
To track and evaluate all marketing activities and initiatives, with learnings and best practices derived to be adopted in future activities.
Work closely with Corporate Affairs to secure high level publicity via press for all product launches, business alliance tie ups and marketing activities.
Product/Business Performance
Prepare monthly, quarterly performance reporting on all products and to recommend remedial action on shortfalls to ensure that key performance indicators are met.
Constant review pricing levels and margins to maximise profitability
Marketing Budget
Effective deployment of pre-determined marketing funds to meet business objectives.

Our Ideal Candidate
A graduate with strong marketing, analytics and financial emphasis.
5 + years product management & marketing experience (preferably in Unsecured Lending or Digital Marketing).
Experience in Cards Product or Unsecured Lending.
To work closely with other teams to leverage on their strengths of key activities.
