Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a national-level programme office focused on enabling electric vehicle (EV) adoption.
This role will be instrumental in shaping data-driven strategies and platforms that support EV charging infrastructure and accessibility across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to support the collection, integration, and publication of EV charging-related data, including real-time charge point availability and pricing.
• Oversee the development and rollout of a digital planning platform designed to facilitate the strategic deployment of EV chargers.
• Collaborate with technical partners, including system developers and engineers, to manage product development lifecycle - from requirements gathering and prototype testing to go-live and operational transition.
• Manage vendor engagements to support platform maintenance and enhancements post-deployment.
• Work with EV charging operators and government stakeholders to ensure secure and effective data exchange, system integration, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Use data to develop dashboards and insights for presentations to senior leadership, supporting evidence-based decision-making.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the public sector or working on government-related initiatives is strongly preferred.
• Background in project or product management within tech or digital platforms, particularly involving data-related projects.
• Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Knowledge in data engineering or EV charging protocols is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and external partners.
