More about Affinidi Financial Services: Affinidi Financial Services is building a wide variety of decentralised technologies to disrupt two large industry sectors - Financial Services and Future of Work. In the Financial services sub-sector, we are working with key regional partners including regulators, platform operators and companies to empower them and their end-customers with decentralised technologies. This leads to more positive business outcomes and access to services for companies and greater financial inclusion for the end-customers. In the Future of Work sub-sector, we empower individuals in their education and continuous up-skilling journeys using decentralised technologies and verifiable credentials leading to faster and fulfilling career development and advancement.
We are looking for Product Managers with the following superpowers:

  • Dealing with ambiguity - You can effectively cope with change and uncertainty, and are comfortable when things are up in the air.
  • Priority Setting - You easily zero in on the critical tasks, identify any support required and eliminate possible roadblocks in accomplishing the tasks.

What's in it for you: You will get an opportunity to own and champion the MVP concept, scope alignment with business leaders and presenting recommendations to senior management. You will:

• Work closely with our key strategic partner to bring together various financial institutions & fintechs to help foster collaboration and innovation, while collaborating closely with the Business Development team to co-create and take new products to market
• Research and deep-dive on complex business problems and product lines to create hypothesis and translate them into analysis requirements while identifying significant insights
• Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
• Act as the voice of customers, leading definition of innovative digital solutions and gain understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys
• Lead product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, to provide insights into product, technology and market trend; scope, design and concept test innovative solutions
• Develop feature lists, user stories and roadmaps, continuously gather product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools and A/B testing, monitoring metrics to measure success
• Use design thinking techniques for the development of product features, customising user experience and overall service design

You will be a great match if you:

• Prove to be a seasoned Product Manager that has launched and scaled B2B products from ground up in a Financial Services / Banking environment
• Possess strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies
• Are obsessed with customers and passionate about creating Products
• Are a self-starter and comfortable taking the ownership in bringing your ideas to fruition

Bonus points if:

• You have a deep understanding dealing with data and identity marketplace products
• You understand innovation and collaboration within financial services industry
• You have worked in decentralised technology
