Job Description

Our client, a renowned company specializing in consumer goods, is looking to hire a Product Manager to be a part of their dynamic team, and to take leadership in the creation and execution of marketing and brand strategies.

• Full spectrum of product management responsibilities; Consumer insights, New Products Development, as well as developing Go-to-Market Strategies to achieve the company's business objectives
• Constantly review and analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate product performance and provide recommendation to increase sales and market shares
• Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to develop top strategies for your product categories' success
• Initiate regional new product development plans and renewal of existing products by collaborating with cross-functional teams in global and regional offices
• Develop a road map of products for assigned product categories
• Plan and conduct relevant consumer insights study; integrate into new product development to create winning product concepts
• Analyze industry, market and competitive data to improve product features for new and/or existing services to ensure market competitiveness and product relevance
• Engage with creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with creative agencies to develop regional communication toolkits to support new product launches (including copy, print, digital banners, videos, in-store activation, demos, etc)

[Requirements]

• Min. 3 years of marketing experience in brand/product management
• Prior experience in FMCG industry is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills to help drive business and innovation plan forward
• Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints
• Creative and strategic thinking
• Proactive, high energy, collaborative and responsive team player
