We are seeking a creative Product Manager with strong background in Marketing & Brand Management to join our client who is one of the most successful food brand company. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products. • Develop and implement product strategies to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and preferences to identify opportunities for new product development or improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and overall product lifecycle management.
• Manage marketing budget and monitor product performance to maximize profitability and market share.
• Monitor and analyze market competition, consumer behavior, and industry trends to stay ahead of the market.
• Provide training and support to sales teams, distributors, and other stakeholders to ensure product knowledge and success.
• Manage product budgets and forecasts, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure financial targets are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in the FMCG industry.
• Experienced in managing creative, advertising and media agencies.
• Strong talent in marketing & communications and brand management.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends in the FMCG sector.
• Experience in product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
• This position is based in Singapore and open to Singaporean or Singaporean PR holder only.
