Job Description


Primary Responsibilities:

  • As Subject Matter Expert in Regulatory compliance requirement, to
o Conduct research, scrutinise details, and compile internal materials to form Regulatory Compliance knowledge base o Write and distribute documents that educate internal and external stakeholders to understand regulatory compliance and formality o Strive not only to offer solutions/services for clients to meet compliance standards, but also to exceed them for peak operating efficiency o Consult with attorneys and other professionals on compliance matters o Spearhead and help to design programs that improve and extend compliance service offerings in the organisation
  • Provide advice and support in response to key business needs or projects
o To implement and manage an integrated solution so to provide end-to-end regulatory compliance o Traverse multiple products/platforms/systems - quickly grasp the ins and outs of them including onboarding process, policies and procedures
  • A part of Product team
o Suggest ideas or features to improve regulatory compliance service offering
  • Perform other tasks/projects as assigned by the CTO/Product Director

Qualifications
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT or other relevant qualifications
  • Min. 5 years client solutions or project implementation experience in Freight, Supply Chain or logistics industry
  • Direct experience in managing, operating or implementing regulatory compliance services/solutions
o Understand trade/regulatory compliance formality requirement o In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
