They are looking for their first Product Manager for their e-commerce logistics team in each market in the region here, including one in Singapore. They are open to hiring up to a Lead level role as this is the first team member here in Singapore.

You will be part of a high-growth bigtech here in Singapore.

Description

You will be reporting to the product lead based in China who looks after all the markets in the region. Mandarin speaking is preferred but not mandatory.

You will join as an individual contributor as you will be the first hire, with possibilities of building and scaling the teams. This role is more of a Business Product Management role where you will be looking more at strategies (including GTM strategies), roadmap and prioritisation of new features to be developed.

They are looking for someone who has worked in a logistics/supply chain company with a good grasp of knowledge in the process and flows within the space AND has digital product management experience in building logistics systems products (ie, Transport Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, etc).

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• 5 years or more experience in product management
• Experience in working within supply chain/logistics and digital product management experience with logistics system products
• BA/BS degree and above
• Excellent communication and social skills, ability to influence
• Hands-on attitude, detail-oriented and be able to make data-driven decisions as you will have ownership over the product
