Enterprise IT is searching for an experienced Product Manager within the Global Supplier Management and Workplace Services Value Team to be responsible for the Master Data Management Product.

The Product Manager, Master Data Management will work as a member of the Enterprise IT Procurement Product Line. Under the direction of the Product Line Lead, Procurement, the selected candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with key stakeholders in the Global Supplier Management Group to define and maintain a backlog of capabilities that enable the effective management of Supplier Master Data. The selected candidate will be leading the technology, including Master Data Governance application, and downstream integrations.

Major responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Owns and manages a product through the duration of the product lifecycle

Defines the overall product vision and strategy, with a keen focus on value, business outcomes, and user experience

Makes product decisions, and ensures decisions align with product strategy.

Develops and regularly calibrates metrics for the product.

Drives continuous product discovery to understand user needs and translate that solutions and product backlog.

Sets and communicates high-integrity roadmap commitments that have been assessed collaboratively with the delivery squad(s) in terms of value, feasibility, usability, and viability

Creates, maintains, and continuously prioritizes the product backlog to maximize value delivery and its longterm sustainability (including stability, compliance and other aspects appropriately).

Ensures that the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood for all stakeholders.

Leads adoption and retention of the product

Drives release and support planning and execution (Go to market strategy and execution)

Connects the delivery squad(s) with the customers and facilitates direct communication between them.

Monitors and optimizes product\xe2\x80\x99s total cost of ownership (TCO)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies

Experience owning and delivering digital products

Experience in different delivery methods (agile, traditional) in large organizations

Experience with product management techniques such as strategy, road mapping etc.

Experience aligning the organization and communicating complex technical decisions

Strong understanding of procurement business processes and familiarity with master data management concepts.

Knowledge of the SAP ERP system and related procurement products, Ariba, Fieldglass, MDG Etc.

Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and data quality management methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Leadership and management skills, with proven abilities to set direction, lead and motivate team members

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders

Self-motivated and a quick learner, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.

Preferred

Agile and/or Product Management Certifications

Prior experience with master data management processes

Experience managing a globally distributed implementation squads
