Job Description
Benefits Summary:
- Mon-Fri 8am to 5.15pm
- Up to $7500 + AWS
- Ang Mo Kio
- Undertakes product ownership on range of semiconductor equipment
- Sets product development roadmap in line with market trends and customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
- Carry out Product/Technology benchmarking
- Supports Technical Sales in specs review, costing and evaluation of new product requirements
- Interfaces with customers on project management status and technical reviews
- Manages Product Evaluation programs with Customers
- Oversees CIP programs to extend product life cycle, enhance product competitiveness and improve gross margins
- Interfaces with Engineering Development teams to resolve all technical field issues within the Product family
Additional Information:
- At least a good Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a Mechanical Engineering discipline, with a working knowledge on fundamental hardware and software design applications
- Strong technical background in semiconductor related equipment design and development, with a good appreciation of product costing
- Good knowledge in semiconductor packaging and assembly processes
- Good knowledge in product/technology benchmarking
- Good communication and customer-centric skills
- Experienced in project management skills and able to leverage on group dynamics to achieve breakthrough results
