We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our product--from development through deployment and ongoing enhancements. Given the business's reliance on offline channels for customer acquisition and online platforms for lifecycle engagement, the ideal candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of the distinct roles these channels play. The Product Manager should be able to translate the operational needs of offline growth into product requirements, while also optimizing digital touchpoints for retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Requirements
Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals
Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear product requirements
Be a subject matter expert on the telecommunication products, emerging technologies in the industry to provide insights and guidance to the team
2. End-to-End Delivery & Execution
Lead product development with internal IT teams and external vendors
Oversee UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders
Drive timely rollouts and smooth handovers within timeline
Track feature adoption, bugs, and enhancement requests to inform iteration cycles
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the product lead working closely with commercial, marketing, operations, and customer service teams
Align go-to-market activities and internal training with each new product or feature release
Manage change requests and scope alignment with delivery teams
4. Product Operations & Integration
Ensure stability of product operations post-launch and drive root-cause resolution for issues
Support integration with billing, CRM, API systems, and backend architecture
Maintain up-to-date system documentation and SOPs for internal teams
5. Product Lifecycle Management
Own product roadmap planning and lead quarterly reviews with across teams
Coordinate planning, retrospectives review, and backlog sessions
Continuously identify improvement areas for better performance, scalability, and customer experience
Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in product management and delivery, and system integration
Strong understanding of software development processes, backend flows, and product analytics
Experience managing IT vendors, developers, and business stakeholders in delivery
Experience in driving product roadmap and deliveries covering both channels - online and offline
Strong commercial sense, technical depth, and attention to detail
Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills

Prior experience in telecommunications, fintech, or subscription-based products
Knowledge of delivery methodologies and sprint lifecycle
Ability to interpret basic architectural diagrams and system flows
Experience launching and scaling products
