Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Product Manager:Job Responsibilities
Engage with players to understand their psychology, behavior, trends, and preferences, and use this knowledge to propose innovative in-game features and mechanics.
Conduct market research to generate product requirements, create marketing strategies, and determine feature specifications for game series and product launches.
Facilitate player and client feedback workshops, beta testing reviews, and analyze competitor products to inspire new or improved game designs.
Pitch innovative concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders while managing the end-to-end product design process, including obtaining necessary approvals.
Compare product offerings with competitors, identifying opportunities to differentiate and enhance market competitiveness.
Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications with clear process flows to guide implementation.
Convert player preferences and emerging trends into actionable user stories, prioritizing features with the highest business value for agile sprints.
Execute beta programs with early adopters, track feedback, and refine features for market readiness.
Develop core product positioning and messaging, including creating marketing collaterals and pitch points for product features.
Define and track key performance metrics during beta stages and ongoing product monitoring to measure success.
Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering industry knowledge and best practices.
Recruit and onboard talent to fill skill gaps within the product team.
Manage the review, approval, and sign-off processes for product feature sets.
Stay informed about the latest product management methodologies, competitor offerings, and digital trends to strengthen deliverables.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities in growth and frontier markets and enhance lead engagement strategies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline).
Proven experience in product management, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
Strong understanding of user behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and team members effectively.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to guide product decisions.
Knowledge of current digital trends and industry developments.
Leadership qualities, including mentoring and coaching team members.
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to SGD 10,000 +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
