These solutions provide the foundation of a client&rsquos overall portfolio strategy with a medium to long-term investment horizon. Key Responsibilities The primary role of the Product Manager is to ensure that the sub-advised funds/mandates are always operational. This broadly includes the full spectrum of selection and monitoring, and governance responsibilities. For the selection and monitoring responsibilities, the Product Manager is expected to assist the Head of Sub-Advisor Solutions in the selection of new sub-advisors and the continuous monitoring and due diligence of the sub-advisors. The Product Manager is expected to engage stakeholders maintain and produce marketing materials organise frontline communication events respond to product enquiries. On the governance aspect of the role, the Product Manager will ensure that all governance requirements are met. Prepare Service Review Meeting and follow-up on action items. Conduct/assist in the continuous operational due diligence of the sub-advisors. Prepare Fiduciary Obligations Deck papers and follow-up on action items. Keep abreast of latest practice and requirements regarding outsourcing policy/regulation and provide support on outsourcing process and documentation requirements. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of outsourcing related risks and compliance issues. Drive and execute various governance projects. People & Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Work in collaboration with Team and other required stakeholders as deem fit. Regulatory & Business Conduct Able to work independently but also effectively as a team and support the team in case of any ad-hoc requirements. Strong organization skills, resourceful and demonstrates initiative. Effective interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications Tertiary education minimum. 3+ years of experience in business fields, preferably in Asset Management or Funds business. Skills and Competencies Good knowledge of global equity and/or fixed income markets. Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills. Experienced user of mutual fund databases (Morningstar/Lipper) would be an added advantage. Relevant skills/experience as a product management professional - Product Knowledge, Product Launch, Operational Knowledge and Governance . Good communication skills.
