Introduction to the role:
Our client is one of Asia\'s leading digitized trade finance platform that supports businesses in supply chain financing. They are currently looking for a technically skilled Product Manager to be part of the pioneer team and play a pivotal role in the success of the platform.
Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the product roadmap which aligns to the business objectives and covert into development buckets.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, process flows, and user needs within the trade finance domain.
• Translate development buckets into epics, user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and specificity using JIRA.
• Enrich user stories with user interface designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct thorough analysis of trade finance data schemas, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to prioritize and deliver product features.
• Participate in testing activities to validate the functionality and performance of the platform.
• Provide subject matter expertise in trade finance and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to trade finance

Desired Qualifications/Certifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance or Technology
• Proven experience as a product manager or business analyst, preferably in trade finance
• Familiarity with trade finance processes, products, and industry standards.
• Ability to effectively communicate detailed requirements in English and Mandarin to technical members and bridge the gap between business and technology teams based in Singapore and China.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Sufficient technical background to drive technology development
• Familiarity with JIRA for recording user requirements
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
