This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering financial technology products that solve critical business challenges for corporate treasury teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy for treasury management solutions, aligning product capabilities with market needs and company objectivesConduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis specific to treasury management technologiesDefine and prioritize product features through close collaboration with key stakeholders, including sales, engineering, design, and customer success teamsCreate detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories that clearly articulate product vision and technical specificationsLead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycleDevelop and maintain deep understanding of treasury management workflows, including AR/AP invoicing, cash flow forecasting, bank connectivity and reconciliationQualificationsAround 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically in treasury management solutionsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fieldDemonstrated experience managing SaaS products in the financial services or enterprise software sectorStrong understanding of treasury management principles, financial systems, and enterprise software architectureProven ability to translate complex financial requirements into technical product specificationsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working with agile development methodologies
