The successful candidate will manage the development and delivery of our product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of traders in onboarding and Spot & Derivatives trading experience.What You\'ll Be Doing:Liquidity Enhancement: Continuously optimize trading fee structures and market maker policies to improve platform liquidity across various currencies and spread ranges.Monitoring & User Support: Develop and maintain a comprehensive monitoring system to track and analyze the trading strategies of different user segments. Proactively address issues and provide timely support to enhance user experience.Client Engagement: Conduct regular interviews with clients to gain insights into their strategies and requirements.
