About the Opportunity

As an integral part of our Marketing team, you\'ll have the opportunity to craft the narrative, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy for trading products and tools. It\'s an exciting time to be in the crypto industry, and your work will play a role in driving the growth and adoption of decentralized technology.

The Growth Product Marketing Lead role sits within the Product Marketing function, which brings our product\'s story to market. We directly impact the business by working closely with Product, Business, and Marketing teams to turn value propositions into compelling messages for customers and prospects, driving acquisition and engagement.

What You\'ll Be Doing

Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for growth-focused products and analyze the entire user lifecycle, from acquisition to churn, and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

Design and oversee the execution of reward and incentive programs to motivate user action to drive growth.

Plan and execute campaigns, leveraging hands-on skills with CRM, loyalty programs, lifecycle management, landing page building, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Collaborate closely with growth Product Managers (PMs) to enhance the existing user growth features and analyze user engagement metrics, behavior, and feedback to inform the growth product roadmap.

Coordinate GTM efforts with the Local Marketing, Growth, PR, Community, Content, and Social Media teams to foster a unified and coherent message across all platforms.

Conduct in-depth research on crypto market trends and user needs. Leverage this data to craft compelling and informed marketing strategies for growth-focused products.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of growth product GTMs and campaigns using various metrics and analytics tools. Based on the insights gathered, make necessary adjustments to optimize the messaging, positioning, and campaigns.

Champion the voice of the customer and work to cultivate, distill, and prioritize key customer and market insights to influence and shape the Core Trading product roadmap.

What We Look For In You

7+ years of professional experience as a growth marketer, growth hacking, product marketer, or similar function with a demonstrated history of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for crypto, fintech, or e-commerce products.

Experience and understanding of crypto markets and blockchain technologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to take an entrepreneurial approach to resolve challenges with a bias for action and willingness to roll up one\'s sleeves to get the job done.

A history of leveraging market research to uncover consumer needs and capitalize on market opportunities, using data-backed insights to inform strategy.

Proficiency in utilizing various tools and platforms to reach and engage target audiences. This includes experience with social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and PPC advertising.

Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
