Product Marketing Specialist (Integrated Media Platforms)

(12 months fixed term contract)

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will shape the strategy and direction of key platforms for our video streaming client, driving their growth and success. From positioning and competitive analysis to launch strategy and campaign coordination, you will define the platform\'s voice and build a loyal consumer base, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Your role will involve coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting external partners, and executing strategies across various channels. With your expertise in shaping the vision and creating compelling content, you will contribute to the product\'s success by identifying effective channels and driving integrated marketing efforts. This is an opportunity to significantly impact the growth and success of the products you work with.

Role:

  • Lead end-to-end campaign enablement across client\xe2\x80\x99s platform and media promotional engines. Working closely with growth and country Project Managers in driving strategies and business growth and increasing usage, engagement, and platform adoption.
  • Research and synthesise technology trends, competitive insights, and user feedback to identify new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including country teams, product managers, and researchers, to define platform roadmap and strategy.
  • Analyse and track data for acquisition and retention funnels, develop measurement plans and perform growth marketing analyses.
  • Coordinate and manage paid and growth marketing campaigns, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and liaising between country and global teams.
  • Project-manage campaign launches, aligning with creative and media agencies, and collaborating with country teams.
  • Track ongoing campaign and project performance and regularly report progress to senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Conduct business analysis and analytical activities to develop consumer-driven marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with insights and country teams to initiate research studies in local markets.
  • Coordinate processes, prepare documentation, and collaborate with diverse teams to execute growth activations and experiments.
  • Test and roll out new platform capability (eg. experiment lab, creative testing) across campaigns and manage the feedback loop with global and regional teams
  • Analyse growth data and provide growth strategy recommendations.
You:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience, with 3+ years of work experience in growth marketing, brand marketing, advertising, project management, product marketing, consulting, or equivalent fields.
  • Experience in tech industry roles and/or start-ups is a plus.
  • Demonstrated record of analytical success, with a capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
  • Able to work through ambiguity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership and project management skills to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with fluency in SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights and drive relevant product improvements.
  • Strong ability to lead through influence at all levels, engage in debates and storytelling, and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects across JAPAC.
