About the Team
The Game Technology team is playing a significant role in the whole life cycle of the game. We are responsible for the development, testing, operation, SRE, and quality assurance of the user and operating system, and give strong support for game development and publishing. Providing comprehensive and systematic solutions, supporting the stable operation and commercialisation of the game.

  • You will be working closely with the game R&D team and game publishing teams for requirement collection, feedback filtering;
  • You will quickly identify the feasibility of the requirements, the importance and urgency of comprehensive business needs, and prioritizing tasks based on internal resources;
  • You will be analysing the needs of the game R&D and publishing team, designing and delivering the optimal solution based on the technical capability matrix across the industry;
  • You will be managing the internal and external technical resources, fulfilling business needs through collaborations while minimising the costs, and supporting rapid business growth;
  • You will be managing different projects with multiple cross-functional partners, including but not limited to product, R&D, regional game publishing teams, and other key stakeholders;
  • You will be responsible for turning best practices into technical and operational standards, creating technical roadmaps for games for the frontend teams, so as to build advantages against our competitors.
  • Bachelor\'s degree or above, at least 3 years of experience in Internet products or operations with proven success, has proven record in establishing business direction, has good business acumen, insight, and analytical skills, able to utilise internal and external resources effectively to achieve objectives
  • Have in-depth understanding of software systems, including but not limited to operation, UA, marketing or customer service systems,
  • Have a good understanding of the market, users, game development and publishing, game technologies. Able to contribute insights into the game industry from unique perspectives.
  • Strong communication skills, strong logical thinking ability, result-oriented, self-driven;
  • Rich experience in the game industry is a big plus.
