Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly experienced and insightful Product Operations Manager with a strong ability to analyze, design and build outstanding client products for enterprises.

Responsibilities: 

• Work with product, operations, marketing and engineering teams to localize the product strategy and optimise roadmap, drive change for key issues, and prioritize product change requests based on volume, members, revenue and other relevant metrics.
• Understand and communicate upcoming product features and user experience changes to key stakeholders.
• Aggregate and analyze member issues using internal tools, customer surveys, and other data sources to gather user insights.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure operational team processes are built into new product development plans and designs, and to integrate solutions to improve user experience issues in upcoming versions.
• Initiate and drive internal initiatives/results that up-level the Product Operations organization’s processes, technology, and ability to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with relevant work experience.
• Over 4 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Product Operations Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, Program Management, Customer Experience, or equivalent Voice of Customer role. 
• Experience with SQL, R or an equivalent data analytical language. 
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
