Go-To-Market (GTM) Snack Product Manager

to strategically deliver the right snacks to the right consumers at the right time--driving sales, enhancing brand growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

is responsible for planning and executing the strategy to bring snack products to market successfully. This role sits at the intersection of

product development

marketing

supply chain

, ensuring that snack products not only taste good but are also market-ready, competitively positioned, and aligned with consumer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Selection

: Identify snack trends, analyze consumer preferences, and select products that align with brand goals and target markets.

Taste Testing & Validation

: Work with R&D and sensory panels to test products for flavor, texture, shelf life, etc., and make go/no-go decisions.

Launch Planning

: Develop timelines and go-to-market strategies for product launches, including channel strategy, packaging, pricing, and promotional plans.

Cross-Functional Coordination

: Collaborate with teams like R&D, supply chain, sales, and marketing to ensure a smooth rollout and product availability.

Sales Tracking & Analytics

: Monitor performance post-launch -- sales volume, velocity, consumer feedback -- and adjust strategy as needed.

Inventory & Channel Management

: Manage stock levels, optimize product availability across retail/eCommerce channels, and reduce risk of overstock or stockouts.

Requirements:

Experience in FMCG/snack/CPG industries Strong project management and analytical skills Good taste and market intuition Comfortable working across departments and handling ambiguity Fluent in data interpretation and market research
