Provide user support (troubleshooting, guides, FAQs).
Liaise with product team to report bugs, improvements, and new use cases.
Prepare training guides, video walkthroughs, and user documentation.
Track product usage and feedback to improve customer experience.
What we need
Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, or related.
1-3 years in customer support, product ops, or SaaS environments.
Strong communication skills -- able to explain tech simply to seniors & caregivers.
Empathy and patience; a people-first approach.
* Bonus: Experience in healthcare, social services, or aged-care projects.
