We are seeking a talented Product Portfolio Value Manager to join our team and manage our crop solutions product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a background in product management, with a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies for the crop solutions portfolio in the APAC region, ensuring competitiveness and profitability for our customers
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and buying behaviors in the industrial applications market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to bring new products to market and support existing products
Manage product positioning and pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability for our customers in the APAC region
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and buying behaviors in the personal & home care market
Manage product life cycles, making recommendations for product discontinuations or modifications as needed in the region
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product management and pricing
Requirements
At least Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Agronomy with degrees in Marketing, Business Administration a valid alternative
At least 7 years of experience in product management and pricing
Strong knowledge of customer needs, trends, and buying behaviors in the personal & home care market
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, particularly in pricing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools with experience using Power BI beneficial
