Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri)
Environmental Conditions Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Job Responsibilities

Review and approve validation protocols and revision changes for product and process modifications.
Outstanding documentation skills and attention to detail.
Proven experience in product quality engineering.
Ability to determine root causes and successfully implement corrective actions for non-conforming materials and products.
Issue and manage RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) for units requiring Failure Analysis (FA) and collaborate with engineering team to resolve issues.
Participate in internal/external audits.
Strong supervisory skills and the ability to train and guide technicians.
Act as supplier quality engineer for inter-company purchased raw materials and support plant-wide activities and special projects.
