Job Description

We are seeking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Your duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as finalizing deals with potential clients. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the product features, adept at sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role with understanding of digital marketing and the property market is an advantage.

Your Responsibilities:

• Proactively generating leads and creating sales opportunities through various channels, be it via cold calling, networking, social media and other channels you deem effective
• Setting and meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Report weekly on progress and sales results
• Giving sales presentations to prospective clients
• Addressing client questions about product features, payment terms, prices, etc.
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in business, marketing, or related field
• Experience in sales for 3 years or more
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Basic competency in microsoft applications including powerpoint, word and excel
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
