Responsibilities of the position:
  • Responsible for executing sell-in, Channel partner inventory including aging and
overall sell-thru.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their
position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry
  • trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Supply Chain Management for multiple products
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Overall Sell In and Sell-thru Revenue
  • Profitability parameters like Inventory ageing, AR, NP,
  • Product Mix & options
  • Channel partner satisfaction

Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task, research and analyze different situations
  • Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or
issues, by using judgment that is consistent with company
  • Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Leading and initiating action
  • Presenting and communicating information
  • Persuading and influencing
  • Adapting and responding to change
  • Strong collaboration
  • Multilingual (South Asian languages) will be an advantage
