Product Sales Manager (trade Finance & Real Estate / Property Lending)

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance team in overseeing daily operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and treasury matters.
- Manage statutory audits, ensure timely preparation of financial statements, and maintain compliance with SFRS and tax regulations.
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights, support strategic planning, and drive performance improvements.
- Oversee shared services functions such as intercompany billing, AP/AR, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Mentor and guide team members while driving efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to internal controls.
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in both audit and commercial finance in the Property/Real Estate industry.
- Proficient in SFRS, NetSuite, Cognos, and MRI.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
