Job Description

The Product Sales Specialist is responsible for NK range of diagnostic solution includes Ventilator, Patient Monitoring and Cardiology/Resuscitation product portfolio. He/she is to provide sales, product support and consultation on product solution, and clinical application to NK customers and channel partners. He/she will also be the 'voice' of the customer providing market feedback, trend and competitor activity to the Commercial Manager and Global Product Team, Japan. An important member of the Medical Equipment Division, he/she will support and drive product sales activities to achieve the business objectives of NK.

Product / Portfolio responsibility



Main portfolio responsibility: NK Critical Care product portfolio including Ventilator, Patient Monitor and Cardiology/Resuscitation solution. Provide support to distributor / NK channel partner, customers etc. on product and application related requirements. Attend to all product related sales enquiry. Plan and provide regular product update and product training to distributors / customer of the assigned customer account / territory. Provide consultation on product configuration, solution, and clinical application to NK channel partner/distributor of the assigned territory. Provide consultation on product configuration, solution and clinical application to customers/end users including clinicians, doctors, Biomed etc. Provide product demonstrations, product training and educate customers about the features and benefits of NK product and solution. Support distributor on projects, tender specification and propose solution to comply with the project and tender requirements.

Sales responsibility



Full responsibility on the sales process for assigned local customers account / territory in Singapore. Support and drive sales activities for Singapore market and assigned customer account. Provide product demonstration, presentation and solution to customers/end users, clinician, doctors and etc. In-charge and ownership of local tender and for assigned customer account, this includes tender proposal, specification review, tender submission, and related tender enquiry and etc. Work with IT/ICT, Application Specialist and Engineers to provide a total solution to customer/NK channel partner.

Post-sales responsibility



Provide end user product and application training. This includes training schedule planning, preparation of training materials, end user quick guide and any other materials / requirement from the customers. Oversees sales project fulfilment, project management and delivery/installation to customer acceptance. Require to work / coordinate with team members including IT/ICT, Service Engineer and Logistic team etc. for the product commissioning and delivery according to customer requirement.

Product Sales / Marketing and Reporting



Support field marketing event. This includes exhibition, trade show and seminar/product event etc. Prepare regular work report, this includes trip report, monthly project / work report and etc. Keep up-to-date on market trends, customer requirements and provide regular updates on competitors, market and industry trends. Be the 'voice of customer' and provide customer / market feedback to NK commercial team/Global product team in NK, Japan. Plan and support launch of new products in assigned account / geographical areas. Undertake any duties as required or directed as vital for achieving overall company goals.

Job Requirement



At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in the medical device business. Candidate with experience in Ventilator, Patent Monitoring / Cardiology related fields preferred. Respiratory Therapist preferred. Bachelor's degree in science/nursing or equivalent Excellent communicationskills for effective product and solution presentations. Demonstrates resilience, resourcefulness, ability to learn and adaptability. Able to deliver results under pressure, possess the ability to handle work stress. Strong teammate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
