Responsibilities:
Support APAC Country Account Manager and BDM in reviewing filtration enquiry and be the technical lead responsible for managing complex specifications such as filters retrofit & filter element replacement to expand sales and profitability in specific markets.
Work closely with APAC regional sales team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.
Create and manage standard filtration technical and commercial proposals by sizing and pricing a filter using a standard approved methods and updated data sheets from COE.
Maintain filtration selection tools and complete standard documentations for all product related activities. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
Manage all RFQ\'s & pre- sales enquiries in timely manner to shorten sales cycle and boost sales conversion rate by encouraging frictionless interaction and collaboration, meeting and exceeding stakeholders&customers satisfactions for effective business development.
Manage post sales order by providing technical& commercial clarification to customer feedback, execute appropriate product revisions by coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure excellent product delivery.
Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams &COE (Indufil & Seebach) to provide product engineering, development, management and sales solutions.
Work closely within APAC Turbomachinery Group to support cross selling and provide technical& commercial support for filter in dry gas seal support system.
Familiar with product specific software and train other users.
Provide customers with technical support and solutions, including field service, commissioning, troubleshooting and training as may be required from time to time.
Maintain excellent service and build good rapport with customers and stakeholders. Support company\'s global initiatives, new product development and business development. Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
Assist in new product introduction and release activities. Support marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability. Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other promotional activities.
Develop effective sales opportunity management by creating a comprehensive on-going customer report for current & future projects to enable customer developments, increasing transparency in managing and review of sales pipeline.
Represents regional technical & commercial standards.
Drive continuous improvement, endeavor to identify and highlight the business and operational levers that can be pulled to increase APAC filtration sales revenue, optimized sales productivity, maximizing sales results while minimizing resources expended.
Identify, assessing and measuring the APAC stakeholder\'s filtration product knowledge gap to ensure they are aligned with the latest product updates and releases.
Requirements:
At least 3+ years tenure in an engineering role
Strong knowledge of filtration products and pressure vessel design
Knowledge of process fluid applications either in turbomachinery or process filtration
Strong PMO experience
Excellent communicator with strong influencing & collaboration skills
