Job Description
:Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow up and convert motor insurance renewals for existing and new customers.
- Cross-sell other general insurance products to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the Salesforce system.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the coworkers/ insurers/respective stakeholder to develop strategies for revenue growth.
- Ensure appropriate sales processes are followed and compliance is adhered.
- Being customer-centric by gathering customers\' feedback, ideas, and suggestions to bring the team/organization closer to our customers.
- Minimum qualification O level and above
- Certificate of General Insurance
- Good communication skills
- At least 1 year in telemarketing/motor insurance experience
- 1 year contract with full benefits
- Basic salary + Attractive commission
- 5 days week at Alexandra
