Job Description
We are currently seeking a strong candidate to join our team as a Product Specialist.The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for an Product Specialist
- 12 months contract
- Review and confirm system related requirements that require sign-off from business owner.
- Draw up workflows &/or processes (SOP).
- Liaise and work with different functions and IT delivery teams on the clarifications of the requirements.
- Ensure testing outcomes are of an acceptable quality and requirements set by Product Owner.
- Prepare FAQs, training guides and internal communications for product launch.
- At least 3-8 years of relevant experience in life insurance industry will be preferred;
- Good knowledge in insurance/banking and end-to-end process;
- Technical skillsets: Exposed to Jira, Confluence, Visio , Camunda
- Good business acumen and communication skill;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- A positive, enthusiastic, committed and \'can do\' attitude team player;
