Job Description
We are looking for a Product Specialist whose primary role is to present and our range of our products and services to clients. This role requires someone who is confident in delivering engaging product demonstrations, able to understand new product features quickly, and skilled at building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Deliver clear and impactful presentations and demonstrations of our products to potential and existing clients. Support the sales team by highlighting product features, benefits, and use cases tailored to client needs. Key point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution in collaboration with the sales and development teams Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service and support
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business IT or a related field is a plus Strong oral communication skills with customers, support personnel and executives Ability to work with sales and development team Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Tech savvy * Fresh graduates / Interns are welcomed
